Your data will be processed for communication within the Administrator's fanpage available at https://www.facebook.com/ADVOXPL in particular responses to reactions, comments, and private messages, as well as for statistical and advertising purposes carried out via the tools provided by Facebook.pl application. The processing is carried out based on the administrator's legitimate interest, which is to ensure continuity of business communication, marketing own products and taking care of the brand image and collecting inquiries in connection with the services offered by the Administrator.

Through the operation of our fanpage, we collect and process the following types of personal data:

The Personal Data Protection Policy has been developed and implemented within the structure of the Data Controller Data in order to ensure compliance of personal data processing with the requirements of Polish and European legal acts in force in this regard, including guidelines in particular:

  • Facebook ID (usually including your first and last name, which is not verified by me in any way to confirm the the veracity of the data you voluntarily provided when creating your account/profile)
  • Act of May 10, 2018, on the protection of personal data (unified text Dz. U. of 2018, item. 1000 as amended) hereinafter the Act
  • profile photo (thanks to it we will be able to recognize your image in some cases)
  • other photos (which may also depict an image) resulting from the fanpage-user relationship
  • the content of your comments and the content of the conversation conducted through the Messenger application (thanks to it, we can learn about your address e-mail address, telephone number, and the description that was included in connection with the circumstances of our correspondence)
Posting pictures under our posts is voluntary on your part, but we reserve the right to remove posts if we consider them to be inappropriate, offensive or inciting hatred. The recipients of your personal data will be entities that are entitled to receive them under the law, in addition, entities supporting the Administrator in technical support, IT, etc. In addition, your data is shared with Facebook Ireland Limited (detailed information below). Your personal data will be stored until you object or the purposes of processing cease. You have the right to request access to your personal data, as well as to rectify (amend) them. You also have the right to request deletion or restriction of processing, as well as to object to processing, but you have the right only if further processing is not necessary to fulfill the Administrator's legal obligation and there are no other overriding legal grounds for processing. You have the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of your data carried out by the Administrator to the President of OPDP (uodo.gov.pl). In the event that through Facebook (Messenger application) we conclude an agreement you will have the right to data portability, if I have such technical possibility. Information about data co-management with Facebook Ireland Limited

The Administrator and Facebook Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 Ireland) are joint controllers of your data in accordance with Article 26 of the DPA for the processing of data for statistical and advertising purposes. The joint controllers include aggregate data analysis for the purpose of displaying statistics on the activity of users of the Administrator's Fanpage. Facebook Ireland's responsibility for processing of your data for the purposes indicated:

  • having a legal basis for processing data for the site's statistics
  • ensuring the realization of the rights of data subjects
  • reporting violations to the supervisory authority and notifying affected persons of the incident
  • ensuring appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your data. The Administrator's responsibilities for the processing of your data:

  • To have a legal basis for processing data for statistical purposes
  • fulfillment of information obligations with regard to the purposes of processing carried out by the Administrator
Facebook Ireland will make the main content of the Site Statistics Annex available to data subjects (Article 26(2) GDPR) via the data contained in the Page Statistics Information, which can be accessed from all pages. The main supervisory authority for joint processing is the Irish Data Protection Commission (notwithstanding the provisions of Article 55(2) of the GDPR, where applicable).
