Salary: 4 000 - 7 000 PLN gross EC
Responsibilities:
- sourcing candidates that match the recruiter's profile abroad (we have a recruiter's license on LinkedIn in the tools),
- seeking new sources of sourcing candidates active in the foreign market,
- performing candidate screening based on business requirements,
- building networks and relationships with candidates,
- taking care of CX (Candidate Experience),
- researching the market needs of candidates in relation to expectations.
And later, when you have already entered the topic of recruitment in our company, you can become an IT Recruiter and additionally get such responsibilities as:
- supporting and initiating activities that build the employer's brand in foreign markets in cooperation with the Marketing Department,
- leading recruitment meetings in coordination with the technical recruiter,
- maintaining contact with the candidate at every stage of the recruitment process,
- offering candidates,
- supporting HR activities in the company (e.g. onboarding, evaluations, trainings, internal Employer Branding activities).
Our requirements:
- good command of Ukrainian (min. B2) or Russian language,
- good command of English (B2),
- at least one year of experience in sourcing for IT related positions,
- knowledge of sourcing both job seekers and candidates to be reached,
- open-mindedness, good communication, ability to build relationships, excellent organization of own work, independence,
- knowledge of other Eastern European languages is highly appreciated.
