Use the app and you can find out how I feel?

Startups are worth talking about - aloud. And certainly about the one that creates an application using artificial intelligence and machine learning to study the mood of customers of e-shops and discover in which moment of browsing they start to feel frustrated. For this purpose, the CUX tool will be used - a UX Automation platform designed to recognize behavioral patterns based on the analysis of individual actions. Defining behavioral patterns will help to influence the user's experience while using a website. User Experience automation? Absolutely!

Based on the behavioral patterns, it is possible to modify the behavioral path on the website in a way that allows to build a positive user experience. The tool is designed to sense frustration and send alerts at a given moment. Moreover, it records all the most important events on the user's path (newsletter sign-up, sale, form filling) without involving company employees. Interested? Read more about this tool on the manufacturer's website.

Is the automatic research of online store users' behavior patterns the future of eCommerce? This is what the data obtained by the company cux.io indicates: a conversation higher by as much as 68%.

Logistics? Now in hands of Allegro/h2>

Storing, packing, delivering and even providing customer service - all this is offered to sellers by the most popular selling platform in Poland, introducing One Fulfillment by Allegro service. First - a positive evaluation of the pilot program. Then - accepting applications from interested parties to ensure delivery to the customer in the shortest possible time. 1-2 days after purchase? Absolutely!

You order a product on Allegro late in the evening and still receive it the next day - sounds like a fairy tale to you, especially when you need the product very much, right? This was confirmed by the results of research conducted on entities involved in the pilot program - customers' satisfaction with fast delivery followed by a visible increase in sales. If you sell on Allegro, perhaps this solution is also suitable for you.

However, the Allegro program doesn't just mean higher levels of customer satisfaction or taking some of the burden off sellers' shoulders - it is also extremely important from an environmental standpoint. Reducing the carbon footprint by shortening the supply chain and shipping from a single location (fewer delivery vehicles), packaging made only of environmentally friendly materials, efforts to minimize waste - all these elements make Allegro's business more and more ecological.

Want to be part of this process? Apply for the One Fulfillment by Allegro program at any time! A positive decision on enrollment is associated with the fulfillment of several conditions and takes place under certain rules, about which you can read on the official Allegro website.

InPost continues to be in the limelight

In the previous eCommerce News, the topic of InPost appeared in the context of cooperation with MODIVO company aimed at introducing the recycling of packaging. InPost develops with its activities, not only ecological ones. Recently the company, headed by Rafal Brzoska, announced the establishment of a 5-year strategic cooperation with OLX. The possibility of ordering a package from OLX to a parcel machine makes InPost provide support for almost all sales platforms in Poland. According to Rafal Brzoska, CEO of the company which has 16,000 pick-up points in Poland, "the infrastructure is fully prepared to handle the increased traffic" - so there is even room for further contracts and cooperation.

Not only OLX came to a conclusion that cooperation with InPost simply pays off. Similar thoughts crossed minds of the network, which stores are multiplying on the map as fast as parcel machines. Of course we are talking about Żabka, which can be found on every (literally) corner. As part of a pilot project, parcel machines will appear in some Żabka stores. Will the indoor solution be attractive for the consumers? We will probably find out soon enough.
