Dear Sirs, in connection with ongoing recruitment projects, we kindly ask you to read the following information regarding the processing of your personal data

In accordance with the provision of Article 13(1) of GDPR - the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 2016

Your personal data will be processed for:
  • Actions aimed at concluding an employment contract or other type of cooperation agreement - on the basis of Article 6(1), point b) RODO with regard to the data specified in Article 22 1 §1 of the Labor Code, such as: education, work experience professional experience, skills and qualifications possessed, while in the case of data: name(s) and surname, date of birth, contact data on the basis of Article 6(1), point c) GDPR in connection with the above provision
  • If you voluntarily provide a wider range of personal data than those listed above, your personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent. We will understand consent as your voluntary action expressed, for example, by sending us your application documents, as a person interested in a job offer. On the same basis (consent) we will process your personal data for future recruitment projects - in accordance with Article 6(1) point a) GDPR for a period of 12 months until withdrawal of consent, whichever comes first.
  • If in your application you voluntarily indicate personal data of a special category - as defined in Article 9(1) GDPR (e.g., you will describe your health condition) then we will ask for your written consent to process this data personal data - on the basis of Article 9(2), point a) of GDPR
  • Art. 6(1), point f) GDPR - the legitimate interest of the Administrator, in the event that contact with you occurred on our part, while your data was obtained from publicly available sources (e.g. through through online job and career portals on which you have an account).

  • The right to access and receive copies of personal data, in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR
  • The right to rectify data, update it, in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR
  • The right to erasure (right to be forgotten), in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR
  • The right to restrict the processing of personal data, in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR
  • The right to data portability (where technically possible), based on Article 20 of the GDPR
  • Article 21 GDPR - the right to object to the processing of personal data based on Article 6(1), point f) GDPR (as described above)

I believe that my personal data is being unfairly processed. What can I do?
In the first instance, please contact us as the data controller. If, despite the explanations provided explanations from our Data Protection Officer, you still believe that our processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR), you have the right to lodge a complaint to the Supervisory Authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection with its headquarters in (00-193) Warsaw, at 2 Stawki Street - in accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR.

Provision of personal data in the scope of art.22 ¹ §1 of the Labor Code is required by the provisions of the Labor Code, in case of its not provided, we will not be able to start cooperation.

Your personal data is not processed by automated means, the controller does not use profiling.

Your personal data will be processed in the Job Candidate file. The administrator may have entered into the processing of your personal data from publicly available documents available, such as: the CEIDG and other sources in which your personal data has obviously been made public by you, such as data on the LinkedIn platform, Goldenline, others.
