If you cross the thresholds of our office in Poznan even for a moment, you will immediately see that this is not just a workplace for us. We place great emphasis on creating a friendly atmosphere for our employees, and immodestly we can say that we seem to be succeeding.

We take care of your development - training budget (and more)

Another important goal we have set for ourselves is the continuous development of our team. How do we achieve it? Within our training budget, each of our employees can take advantage of a number of training courses and courses tailored to their individual preferences. However, development initiatives don't stop there - another element of our approach is regular feedback meetings. During these, we talk about our past cooperation, analyze progress at work and discuss future activities the employee would like to pursue. We are committed to making each member of our team feel important, so we support their development and help them become better and better in their field.

Our ever-growing team reinforces our belief that each employee is different and requires an individual approach. In addition, everyone decides for themselves what time they will start their day at work.
